Elect yourself mayor of a city in SimCity 2000. As mayor, it is your job to build the city from the ground up and ensure that your citizens have everything they need. You'll need to finance, build and maintain houses, bridges, power plants, military bases, factories, airports, fire stations, roads, shops, a water supply system and other staples of city life. Also, you will want to beautify your city by adding trees, lakes and ponds. Bulldozers are available for use in landscaping, changing the altitude of the land and de-zoning residential, commercial and industrial land.
